See a need, fill a need and a Ford F-150! That is what Randall Reed’s Prestige Ford team did this week to help the Good Samaritans of Garland, Inc. Our family-owned dealership believes it is essential to work with our area charities and partners to help support programs that better our community. Today, our Prestige Ford team dropped off 1,560 cans of canned meat ravioli for the Good Samaritans’ quarterly food drive to supply the shelf.
The Good Samaritans of Garland provides food assistance to help families and individuals who are in need as they work towards self-sufficiency. The organization envisions a community in which everyone has access to sufficient food. They are currently making 660 10-packs of food and feeding 221 individuals per month.

They are in need of various items, including: peanut butter, tuna, canned fruit and mac & cheese. Canned food or donations can be dropped with Pam Proft Swendig at the Good Samaritans of Garland located at 214 N 12th St., Garland, TX 75040.
You can also help by donating food at our next “Fill A Ford F-250” canned food drive on September 7, 2019 at the Texas Cobra Club Classic Car Show. It’s a family-fun event in Downtown Garland at Intrinsic Smokehouse & Brewery. Come and see smokin’ cool 1966 and 1967 Shelby Cobras and GT40s.
