Randall Reed’s Prestige Ford is pleased to announce the award-winning team has once again earned Ford’s highest honors for both customer service and sales. The Garland, Texas dealership has received multiple prestigious awards for exceptional service and sales, including back-to-back Ford Triple Crown Awards and seven consecutive President’s Awards.
Prestige Ford is among an exclusive group of Ford dealerships to receive these prestigious recognitions from Ford Motor Company. This year, Randall Reed is the only independent dealer to have three of his Ford dealerships recognized of the 32, which was chosen from the 3,208 dealerships across the nation. Last year, Ford recognized Mr. Reed for the historic and unprecedented honor of being the first independent Ford dealer to earn the Triple Crown award at every single location within the same year. In addition, Mr. Reed was named the seventh inductee into the 2018 Ford Dealer Hall of Fame.
In order to win the Triple Crown, a dealership must first qualify by winning the President’s Award for customer satisfaction, the Ford Top 100 Club and the ESP Premier Club award for customer service.
