Randall Reed, Prestige Ford in Garland (serving greater Dallas, Mesquite, Rockwall, Richardson, and and Plano) and World Class Automotive Group are proud to support the Hiring Our Heroes event on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at 10110 Technology Blvd. in Dallas.
The event, which is free to veterans, includes:
- Hiring workshops at 12:30 p.m.
- Veteran job fair from 2 to 5 p.m.
- Speakers at 5:30 pm (including Randall Reed, CEO of World Class Automotive)
- Charity rock concert at 7 p.m.
This hiring event is being conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Operation Rock the Troops, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, the Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (DOL VETS), the Texas Committee of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Texas Veterans Commission, Texas Veterans Leadership Program, Texas Workforce Commission, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Goodwill Industries International, The American Legion, NBC News, and other local partners.
“We are excited to be part of this wonderful event that helps connect our military heroes with great job opportunities,” said Mr. Reed. “I’m please to be one of the many great speakers at this event, as well.”
The lineup of speakers from 5:30 to 7 p.m. includes: Sgt. Steven Jackel, a Purple Heart recipient who is known as “The Motivator;” Randall Reed, Owner and CEO of World Class Automotive Group and Reed Enterprises; and Eric Eversole, President of Hiring Our Heroes.
“It’s not all business,” said Mr. Reed. “There is a great charity concert with some amazing artists that people won’t want to miss.
