The 2014 WBe Steering Committee met March 17th at the Garland Chamber of Commerce. WBe is a women’s business e-nitiative gathering women from the area to network and inspire one other.
Women involved in WBe develop various levels of relationships with each other, many of which include professional mentoring and resource sharing. In order to further facilitate even greater opportunities, the Chamber staff and WBe committee frequently collaborate with existing programs to encourage women to pursue entrepreneurial roles, enhance business skills, support career planning and build professionalism.
The WBe Steering Committee is currently working on developing upcoming events, speakers, programs and messages. Randall Reed, the Prestige Ford team and Katie Koberg (VP of Prestige Ford Community Relations) are all proud to be part of the women’s business community.
