Ford has made several notable improvements to the new Expedition. For starters, the Ford team has done away with the gas-guzzling V8 engine previously found in the Expedition and replaced it with a 3.5L direct-injected twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 engine. This new engine was designed to bring better fuel efficiency to Ford’s landmark SUV without sacrificing performance.
With three drive modes (comfort, normal and sport), the 2015 Expedition is built with the driver in mind. Electric power-assisted steering and an advanced suspension system gives the driver increased feel and maneuverability. Complete with the SYNC system with MyFord Touch and the radar-based Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), the 2015 Expedition will be the last SUV you’ll ever want to drive.
Spanning from February 19th to February 23rd (details below), the 2014 DFW Auto Show is one of the largest, most anticipated automobile events in the state, allowing tens of thousands of consumers to leisurely browse the newest vehicles that each manufacturer has to offer.
